Amaran 1992

An orphaned boy (Karthik) helps Govindan (Vijayakumar) escape a bunch of gangsters. The kid is adopted and brought up by a grateful Govindan who names him Amaran. After growing up to become a kind-hearted slumlord he comes across a vicious Don Aandava Perumal (Radha Ravi) and thus follows a melee of conflicts unraveling mysterious events from the past resulting in a final showdown between the two.
