Late 19th century. The young officer Ivanov was persecuted for his participation in the uprising. He fled Bulgaria. By chance, the officer meets the Turk Osman. Many years ago, Ivanov put him in prison. Now the Turk is also running away. They became close and overcame difficulties together.
