Brooke feels uneasy about demanding control of the company because of Eric Jr. and Bridget. Connor assures Brooke that she deserves it as it will be her means to win back her pride and dignity that Stephanie has stripped her off for years. Eric and Ridge inform Thorne about the issues with BeLieF and that Brooke is demanding 51% of Forrester Creations as compensation for the patent. Both sons console Eric over his difficult decision to either loose his life's work to Brooke or risk bankruptcy. Next, Connor and Elliott arrive for the settlement negotiations. Taylor is happy to hear that Jack has seen Stephanie last night. Stephanie makes Brooke an enticing offer to have her revenge: she offers Brooke her share of 33% in the company so that Eric and Ridge will not have to suffer for their feud. Brooke is suspicious what Stephanie might be up to now. Stephanie explains that she is giving Brooke an olive branch to humiliate her and yet save the relationships with her children's fathers. Brooke tells Stephanie that she will give her an answer at the scheduled meeting.
