La carta

Paula and her family migrated from el Salto, Durango, to Lomas de Poleo, at the most violent city in Mexico: Juarez, Chihuahua. In 1998, her daughter Maria Sagrario, was kidnapped, violated, and murdered. An other victim of feminicide. Paula survives also the suicide of her husband Chuy, in july, 2006. She writes letters with hungry and dignity so she can afford fear, violence and impunity.
