About the Swedish attempt to legalize drugs in the mid-60s. In April 1965, the legal prescription clinic opens in central Stockholm and is run by doctor Sven Erik Åström. What was supposed to be an experiment with about ten people ends up with an uncontrolled prescription of amphetamine, morphine and methadone to upwards of 120 people. Also about the situation in Zurich today in the mid 90's, where narcotics are distributed in government clinics.
