Seijin Shiki

A half Japanese/Caucasian young lady turns 20 years old but she does not want to wear a kimono as a part of her tradition. Her mother is totally devastated since it is a part of her culture that when a woman turns 20, wearing a kimono during her birthday is a very important part of Japanese culture and symbol of womanhood.
