Someone calling himself Bloknotov (Notepads) arrives at the rolling mill posing as a newspaper correspondent. But he is not interested in its production, but in the daughter of an engineer. Raisa loves Hollywood movies and is waiting for the "Prince of Antilles". Bloknotov courts her by Hollywood standards.
