Ready Set Dance is a story-driven dance series that is bursting with energy designed to inspire pre-schoolers to be active, developing their confidence, co-ordination and creativity. Bringing major swag and theatrics, Ready Set Dance is a pre-school, micro musical series that's pulling the curtain back on the world of dance. The Ready Set Kid Crew is made up of vibrant, identifiable characters that we meet at the beginning of each episode. Aged in their tweens or early teens, they take us on a journey through themed interstitials that feature: . A huge variety of music from Hip Hop to tap . Contemporary, aspirational aesthetics showing each crew members style and character . A daily signature move . Bitesize segments that allow pre-schoolers time to concentrate on one verse/chorus at a time while incidentally teaching them major pre-school milestones like skipping and jumping with two feet. Joining them are our guides, animated characters, Freeze and Twirl. They're enthusiastic, energetic and serve as a link between the audience and the Ready Set Kid Crew. They help guide the pace of the content providing a change in tempo as we cut from the Ready Set Kid Crew's world to theirs. Freeze and Twirl drop helpful tips or messages of encouragement before we burst back into the theatrics and energy! They watch, learn and encourage the audience at home to copy the easily repeatable daily signature dance move, helping them along, one step at a time.
