Tonari no Seki kun to Rumi chan no jishô

In the 1st segment, Seki-kun sits next to Rumi Yokoi building wondrous toys during class. In the 2nd, Rumi Ikuno bravely blazes new trails while her teachers and classmates try to figure out her strange behavior.
